一、活动主题

围绕“深化学科融合,助力学校‘双一流’建设,打造研究型、国际化学院”的目标,ag亚游官网第四届“中外研究生学术论坛”以“环境、安全、碳中和”为主题。

二、活动目的

1.搭建三个平台:现场交流平台,网络交流平台,平时不定期专家讲座交流平台;

2.促进“4C”(自信、交流、合作、创造)特质国际化人才培养,提升ag亚游官网培养国际化、高水平研究生的能力,推动学院国际化发展水平;

3.为ag亚游官网广大师生提供一个思想碰撞的平台,促进不同研究领域师生间的交流与合作;

4.加强中外研究生间的学术交流与沟通,通过不同学术背景的交流融合,拓宽研究生学术视野,提升研究生创新能力。

三、现场参会人员

(一)参会对象

1.特邀知名专家;

2.学院领导及教师;

3.所有ag亚游官网中外研究生。

(二)现场报告人和获奖者评定

1.三年级硕士研究生(2019年入学),所有博士研究生以及博士后均需投稿(格式参见学校中外研究生论坛),鼓励二年级硕士研究生投稿。现场报告人和墙报展示者由论坛教授委员会遴选;

2.会议颁发相关奖状(设特等奖,一等奖,二等奖,三等奖若干),由现场教授评审委员会评出。

四、日程安排

1. 2021年10月1日前提交论文英文摘要;

2.2021年10月1日-10月15日论坛学术委员会评审:择优推荐参加大会口头报告和现场展示墙报;

3.2021年10月31日前:入选大会口头报告研究生提交PPT,入选现场墙报展示研究生提交墙报;

4.2021年11月初(具体日期待定,将另行通知):正式论坛。

五、论文要求

1.论文要富有创新、表述简洁、方法科学、数据准确、结论明确,未在其他学术会议、论文集和刊物上公开发表过,内容不得涉及任何保密信息,并征得导师和所有作者同意;

2.论文第一作者应为在读研究生或其导师,能代表本人在本校研究期间新成果或新进展;

3.论文摘要模板见附件1(提交PDF版)。投稿邮箱:ujs_ltq@163.com;论文摘要电子版命名规则为:2021SFPaper+研究生姓名+导师姓名。

六、参会权益

1.在校研究生参加本次论坛视作参加学术研讨活动1次;

2.本次论坛将评选出优秀口头报告奖、优秀墙报奖等奖项,并颁发荣誉证书;

3.本次论坛评选的优秀口头报告和优秀墙报获奖者,将推荐代表ag亚游官网参加学校11月份举办的“中外研究生学术论坛”;

4.被评为优秀口头报告奖的研究生,如有意向参加三国三校学术交流活动,将向研究生院和国际处做出推荐。

We are glad to announce programs and schedules for the 4th“Sino-Foreign Post-Graduates Academic Forum” of the School of Environment and Safety Engineering, Jiangsu University.

The theme of forum is “Environment, Safety, Carbon neutrality

The aim of the forum: Promote cultural communication among Chinese and international students; Improve graduate students' innovative ability; Share scientific research and findings; Enhance student’s public speaking and presentation skills; Promote the internationalization of the School of Environment and Safety Engineering, Jiangsu University.

1. Participants

The leader of School of Environment and Safety Engineering, Invited expert, and all international and Chinese master and PhD students.

2. Schedule

(i) Abstract submission: Before Oct. 1, 2021. Abstract submission is mandatory to all master students in their third-year (Admission in 2019), and all PhD candidates and post-doctors. The submission will be encouraged from the second year of master students.

(ii) Internal peer review by the Professor Committee: From Oct. 1 to Oct. 15., Selected oral presentations and poster presentations will be informed.

(iii) PPT or poster submission: Oct. 31, 2021, the graduate students who are selected for oral or poster presentation should submit PPT or poster using English.

(iv) The date for forum presentation: The date will be confirmed before 15 Oct, 2021. The selected graduate students will share their oral or poster presentations with PPT (Online presentation may be welcome depends on the pandemic conditions) or poster, respectively. Several professors will be invited to present for invited speaking.

3. The requirements of submitted paper

(i) The paper should be innovative, concise in presentation, scientific in methodology, accurate in data, and clear in conclusions. It has not been published in other academic conferences, collected papers and journals. The content must not involve any confidential information, and the supervisor and all authors must agree with this submission.

(ii) Authorship: The first author of the research work should be master, PhD candidate, or supervisor.

(iii) The abstract should be organized with the template, please see attachment;E-mail for abstract submission: ujs_ltq@163.com;

5. Benefits of Participants

(i) Attendance of this forum will be regarded as participating in an official academic seminar.

(ii) The honor will be award for the excellent oral presentation and the excellent poster presentation.

(iii) The Graduate students of the excellent oral presentation and the excellent poster presentation will be recommended to be the representatives of our school to participate in the "Sino-Foreign Postgraduate Academic Forum" held by the Jiangsu University in November.

(iv) Graduate students who have been awarded the excellent oral presentation award will be recommended to participate in “Tri-U” international Joint Seminar and Symposium.
